Scope of Work – Services Performed

The technical maintenance and renewal activities carried out on the vessel include:

• Dry Dock Operation: Sandblasting was performed in accordance with SA2 and SA1 standards, and the vessel hull was protected with a three-coat paint system.
• Cargo Hold Blasting & Painting: Surface preparation and protective coating applications were completed in all cargo holds.
• Ballast Tank Blasting & Painting: Ballast tanks were blasted and coated with appropriate protective paint systems.
• Shaft & Propeller Works: Maintenance and repair works were performed on shaft and propeller systems.
• Pump Maintenance: Periodic maintenance and repair of ballast and fuel pumps were completed.
• Steel Thickness Measurement & NDT: Full steel thickness measurements were conducted and required Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections were applied.
• Steel Outfitting Works: Structural steel outfitting and renewal works were completed.
• Valve Maintenance: Sea chest and overboard valves were maintained and repaired.
• Sacrificial Anode Replacement: Vessel anodes were replaced to ensure cathodic protection.
• Ultrasonic Tests: Ultrasonic tightness tests were performed on hatch covers.
• Piping Outfitting Works: Renewal works were completed on ballast and fuel piping systems.
• Hatch Cover Rubber Channel Works: Hatch cover rubber channel plates were renewed and newly supplied rubber seals were installed.
