Çelikler Holding & Gülermak Partnership – TBM Installation and Welding Project

As MBM Ship Tech, we have successfully completed the installation and welding of the tunnel boring machine (TBM) within the scope of the Ispartakule–Çerkezköy High-Speed ​​Train Project, awarded to the Çelikler Holding & Gülermak partnership.

During the installation process, the assembly of the machine's mechanical and hydraulic systems, the inspection of the fasteners, and operational tests were meticulously carried out. For welding, SG2 welding wire was used for high quality and strength. The applied overlap welding method strengthened the structural integrity of the machine, ensuring a long lifespan and safe working performance.

Each stage was carried out in accordance with international engineering standards and supported by quality control and technical documentation processes. The materials and methods used fully met the project's safety and efficiency objectives.
